New Ling Ling Chinese Buffet in Syracuse

It was a really good experience. They have nice selection of foods, lots of fried stuff. They also had icecream😃, which we didnt notice at first. Restaurant was clean and had a ver nice welcoming atmosphere. Staff members were polite and service was nice. I enjoyed my lunch experience at Ling Ling buffet.

Food is fabulous, prices are GREAT,, clean, GREAT SERVICE. pick ur raw meat, veg & sauce & they cook it right in front of u !! just wish they would make real sushi w/ raw fish & not just sushi w/VEG & COOKED fish !!!

Their food gave me food poisoning i spent the last 5 days in the hospital. Please avoid this place.

Most of the time it is good food and service. My friend and I went at 845 before they close. I understood going so late the food was going to be picked over. But it was also cold and had a funny taste. I also got Mongolian grill and it was cold and not cooked properly with a wired taste. I went to complain after 20 minutes. And they tried to say we were there for 30 minutes and had 4 plates. I said you can go to our table and see we picked through our buffet plates and were not happy , then tried one bite of our Mongolian plates. So there was still whole plates on our table. I refused to pay more than 1 buffet price and they finally agreed

This place has been around for a long time;a rarity in Asian buffets. My fav is the Mongolian grill; lots of veggies meats and noodles. The sauces are what makes it tasty. Because they cook it in front of you; it's the freshest they have. They even have soft serve ice cream!

Okay food but we were rushed out after around 25 min. This was 1 1/2 hours before closing. But great prices for the quality of service

The Mongolian BBQ is the star here. Pick your fresh ingredients, and meat, sauce, and they cook it for you while you wait. This is delicious and obviously fresh. Their sushi is a nice little bonus as well as their self serve ice cream options. Basic buffet options are pretty typical, and they have some nice seafood options. However, they could refill the crab legs quicker. Staff, is friendly but at times is too eager to clean up used plates. Overall this is a nice spacious buffet that people should not walk away hungry from.

I've had all good experiences here. Staff is always nice, food is good and fresh, and the prices are lower than most meals you will find. Solid choice for a good, inexpensive meal.

Fresh fruit ..all food was fresh except for fish that was horrible...refilled drinks quickly. Average Chinese buffet ... Decent variety ...decent quality. 9 dollars and change for lunch

When I went to enjoy dinner at their all you can eat Chinese buffet. They told me I could not eat more then two plates of the food I wanted. It is all you can eat. Very upset. I want my money back. Very disappointed and disrespected. Up north where I used to live alway kept the food coming.

Best Chinese I found here. And the servers are always friendly to my daughter and us.

Saw a 4.0 rating and visited the restaurant. Service was adequate. Food selection was big. Food taste was not, it all tasted the same and dry. Felt like frozen food reheated and served. Wouldn't recommend this place.

We live locally and this is hands-down, our favorite family buffet! There is plenty to choose from for small children also. My kids love the ice-cream here! Bring quarters for the bubble-gum machines! We've been coming here for over 5 years and have never, ever had a bad experience!

People need to learn to use the utensils provided for the food...not their hands!! GROSS

Gotta love this place. I wish I didn’t post about it, because I don’t want people to know about this place (since it’s such a good deal)! For lunch (weekdays and weekend!), it’s $9.50 including drink! There is no where else that you can get such a good deal. They even have soft serve ice cream and a Mongolian grill! Can’t beat it! Highly recommend and I would definitely go back! The staff is friendly and hospitable.

Always excellent food and service. The employees are always friendly and efficient. Ling Ling Buffet is one of the fewer restaurants where the employees have an old fashioned work ethic... so refreshing to see.

This a good Chinese buffet style restaurant. I went at lunch and the cost was about $10. For the price, you can't go wrong. The food was fresh and quite delicious. Highly recommend.

Delicious, hygienic, and all around a decent buffet business model. The staff are courteous and invested in their customers' satisfaction, and this is reflected in the presentation, the cuisine, and the upkeep of the establishment. Given the restrictions of a buffet establishment, you really can't ask for more.

Huge variety of Chinese, Mongolian and sushi foods to pick from. Also some fare to keep kids happy. Relatively inexpensive.

This place is freaking awesome. Go when there busy it will affect the freshness of the food. Love ling ling.

Please don't not eat here.... I repeat don't eat here. The plates spoons and forks were very dirty. There were only 3 lines of food which had things you can find at any grocery store in freezer section like that fried shrimp and scallops. Please take your money else where.

Had very little to no food on buffet no sushi that was closed only have two islands of food very disappointed I will stay with flaming grill where the food is always fresh and alot of different choices

My favorite Chinese buffet in all of the Syracuse area, however their prices are a little high compared to competitors. It was over $9 for a single weekday lunch buffet without a drink or tip. Then instead of crab legs being on the buffet certain days they are now charging it per plate that you want.

Good place to eat. They made my daughter happy.

I think they do a good job. Place is clean welcoming and is very busy. Why you ask? They do a great job. Mongolian grill is the highlight. The sushi selection is lacking they need to re-evaluated. All and all your average Chinese Buffet no surprises very very standard set up. Staff is great very fast and friendly. Don’t forget to tip!!! These people depend on tips don’t be stingy. If you won’t tip at a restaurant make your own food! Whenever I go there service is 5 stars.

Best Chinese Buffet around. Been going here since I was a kid and now I bring my kids. The variety is great and the service is quick and simple. Not overpriced either when feeding a family. One of my favorite places to eat.
